When you submit our contact form we collect the name, phone number, email, company name and message you provide. We also process limited technical data (IP address, user agent) for security and anti-abuse purposes via Cloudflare Turnstile.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule your free demo and provide our services. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure (Cloudflare Turnstile) and to remember your language and cookie preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
Data sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the site: Cloudflare (security), our hosting and database provider, and our email provider. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Retention
Contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records, typically up to 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing. Email info@savrasystems.com and we will respond within 30 days.
