Messenger conversations
When you contact us via Messenger through our Facebook or Instagram ads, we collect the information you share during that conversation — including your business type and answers to our qualifying questions — to follow up about our services and schedule your free demo.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry (whether submitted via our contact form, Messenger or Instagram), schedule your free demo and provide our services.
Payments
We do not process payments or collect card or bank details through this website. Any payment terms are handled separately under your written contract. The prices shown on our Pricing page are starting ranges to help you plan; the final price depends on your requirements and is confirmed in your proposal. Price may vary for each customer's asking.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure (Cloudflare Turnstile) and to remember your language and cookie preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
Data sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the site: Cloudflare (security), our hosting and database provider, and our email provider. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Retention
Contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records, typically up to 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing. Email info@savrasystems.com and we will respond within 30 days.
